There's some images of the text of the action plan, so I'd suggest looking at it on your computer rather than phone otherwise the text might be a bit small.

Sorry I tried to complete it but even with 200% magnification I still couldn't read the small writing. x

I can't make the screen large enough to read the text - using a PC not my phone - therefore cannot comment, sorry.

Thanks for your feedback. I know it's pretty tricky to read text on images. On the images, if you right click them and open up into a new tab, you'll be able to open up the image and read the text more clearly. It's the only workaround we can find for now.
