Action Plan

Asthma review yesterday. Asked for Action Plan. Said this was normally based on PF and not sure it was the one for me. I said felt i would rather have everything in black and white. I now have my Action Plan.

Can see why she maybe thought not for me. I've checked the zones with my diary and it tallies. Feeling really fed up = low PF = go see about it. In a whole year, I've never been in the green bit. LOL
