Annie 80 -What is your secret then? I have great trouble

remembering peoples names . As I belong to 3 groups

including 2 "Brearthe Easies"it can be embarassing!

I haven't any secrets. In fact, I am pretty average for my age. What I do tend to do, is to keep a memory book. Things to do, things to remember, things I see on the TV. Anything that crosses my mind, goes in the book.

You meet a person for the first time. Her name is Margaret Middleton - so think of Maggie Thatcher and Kate middleton. Say the names under your breath. Worth looking up memory on the internet.

More - word games are good, quizzes on the TV (so many of them) spelling games like scrabble. Crosswords.

Thanks Annie. Good idea to have a Memory book. I tend to have

notes in various places then forget where I`ve put them! I`ll also

try the idea you suggest when meeting someone first time. I do

a crossword in my weekly magazine but only get halfway thro it

by the next week`s one! Will look up Internet. Thanks, Basinga.
