Always best go down fitting .... My experiance of the law is its down to how much you have got justice or the truth as nothing to do with
As with any injustice you need to discredit by any means .. Liken is good source of self intest and company records ... Hope its of help all the best 
I havent but if it is medical evidence, do you not have your own evidence to prove they lied?
