LANGERHANS CELL HAS ANYONE HEARD OR SUFFERING WITH THIS

i have copd which was diagnosed after another desease was found in my lungs during a biopsy,dont understand it really was told lots of nodules spread over my lungs they called it langerhans cell ,apparently its when your antibodies attack and in my case my lungs and caused damage sharon x
