Get through winter without an infection. Who knows.

I do my best with food, exercise and avoiding ill people. But, from tomorrow, I will be on trains about 2 to 3 days each week working. GERMS!

So far, so good though.

Good Luck Lynne, I know I would be far more advanced in my illness if I was still working and sharing space with those infected, never mind going out in the cold damp weather when already trying to keep my lungs happy.

so good luck,

I do everything I can like you to keep myself well - it's when you bring in the random Factor of other folk the difficulty starts! I'm flying on Thursday - I'm practising my 'evil eye' for the splutterers!

Good luck Lnne!

Tea tree oil just inside nostrils if you can bear it or if not, dilute in a little odourless oil so smell not so strong. On scarf is a great idea too as suggested by kimmy59. Handgel, tissues etc. all good to have. You seem to be doing well so far so here's hoping! Take care. xx

I can't get throught the summer without getting an infection, so if you've got this far through the winter without getting one I'm really impressed - and more than a little envious!

Stay well!

13 years ago . I was on a flight to South Africa and sat opposite a very unwell, sneezing lady. I was ill whilst I was in AS and that set my health for the future. Pneumonia a few weeks later. The rest is history for me ..all the usual stuff with meds --- so I understand your worries. Take all precautions as advised. And get on with life!!
