Podmore, you need to contact your GP who will assess you and make arrangements for you should your require an concentrator machine, which you can use at home and also portable cylinders that you can use when you go out. There are different kind of machines and portable cylinders but your gp should be able to find one suitable for you, it only takes a few days for it all to be arranged. good luck Janie x
