Lots on Amazon for that price and under. Mine has started playing up after having had a lot of use over several years so today ordered a new one on Amazon for 19.95. Go to Amazon.co.uk and search of oximeter

As above there are plenty on line under £20, just have to watch out for high shipping costs. Amazon have a free standard delivery package, which I find for small items delivery is not usually any more than a couple of days but only 5 days maximum and is free

i have just ordered one of amazon, went i went to the docs i showed her the blue hue over my cuticles on my hands, she said lack of oxygen which threw me as i was only diagnosed with bronchiectasis 5 months ago, i found it rather frightning.

Thanks to all that have replied. Sorry for the delay in replying. Now bought one from Amazon with free postage and have already used it to good effect. Will need supplementary oxygen at work and on any exertion & have a more comprehensive Oxygen assessment tomorrow due to the low levels recorded from the finger monitor, so very useful. Thanks again to you all.

Does the finger monitor hurt to use can anyone tell me, its just my dad was rushed to hospital last wk and his oxygen levels were extremly low , the doctor informed us it was only 70, he is an Alzheimer's patient in a nursing home, and also has Parkinson's. I would like to be able to check my dads oxygen levels as I feel this is not been done enough in the nursing home. I would be very greatful for any advice.
