Residents of Birmingham (you pay your Council Tax to Birmingham City Council):
£5.00 if you are aged 69 or under
Free if you are aged 70 and over
Non-residents of Birmingham:
£15.00 if you are aged 69 or under
£5.00 if you are aged 70 or over
Its a good deal if you are in the Birmingham Area or want a day trip out to Birmingham 
Other towns have similar schemes usually only available to residents, Birminghams scheme is slightly better as its also open to none city residents/council tax payers
