Miss him terribly... it does get easier but then you feel it very suddenly he was the best boy ever 💙

We were lucky to have him in our lives and he did give us a beautiful love that had no bounds... He was a character 💜💜💜
We’ve had dogs for many years. Every time we lose a dog we say no more as it is just awful, even though the time was right to stop the pain. Like you we remember them for the joy and unconditional love they gave us whilst they were here. It still hurts though x x x
I feel your sadness, but Stan is in a place where there’s no pain anymore.

A pet is a part of your family so your feeling of loss is understandable
You will have given Stan the best life possible. But the grief felt when losing such wonderful animals takes a long time to heal. RIP Stan. xx

Still so so sad to loose Stan the man but he had a wonderful life with you albeit for a relatively short time. But he knew what love actually was and had a full, fun and loving life with you. Try to remember him with joy but it can’t be easy.
It's very difficult some days as I'm sure everyone with a pet knows how much they can be missed... Today's a year already and it still seems like yesterday 💜💜

All of our dogs we always loved and showed respect for them, they in turn loved us back.
That's how it should be respected and loved as they do us 🥰

Beautiful pictures of the dog (stan) that you lost a year ago , you must miss him as dogs are like family sad when they have to go. But you have a lovely new dog now who has settled in and brought you more memories. Shed a tear but a happy one for all the love you gave him and he gave back. What a great dog he was and what a great life he had with you! We still talk about our dogs, miss them, shed tears, and it's been 20 years. They show up in my dreams sometimes and I wake up happy.
