Asthma lingering illness

I suffered an asthma when I was forty five years old. Up to now I don’t know if it is curable illness.

Hi i had pneumonia aged 7 and left me with asthma im 54 now and its well under control. Its not curable. Keep up with your asthma clinic too. Karen xxxx

Hi jun1. I believe children may grow out of asthma but if diagnosed in an adult it’s there for ever though manageable. X

Yes,thanks a lot.’ as of now I have a maintenance medicine like Seretide and Combivent Nebule if my asthma attack.
