Again, thank you for all the positive comments am off to Pulmonary Rehab class tomorrow it consists of 12 sessions over 6 weeks. Everyone take care.

Good luck with the PR class Ken but if you are still losing weight don't overdo it and make sure you take in some extra calories to compensate for your extra exercise.Ski's and Scruff's
