Lungwort complex?

Hi everyone could I ask if anyone has used lungwort complex was looking at good reviews but can’t always go by them take care all thanks.

Hi Primrose,I have been drinking lungwort/ pulmonaria tea for about 4 years now and it is one part of my programme which has stopped my bronchiectasis progressing with me feeling much better and doing more.

More info about pulmonaria and how to make your own home grown pulmonaria tea is contained in a long chapter in my 320 pages book 'Bronchiectasis; Taming It and Feeling Better'. The tea tastes like Earl Grey without the bergamot taste and is very refreshing.
