Sometimes, though, it's good to whinge, to get your troubles off your chest. I have been so lucky with the advice I got in this group, on how to improve my lung condition after being diagnosed in 2015. It still chills me how GPs give a diagnosis with little explanation beyond an inhaler or two (if you're lucky), leading to people with often mild conditions going into a tail spin when they try Dr Google.Do ask questions here about your condition and how to look after it, if you haven't been given enough by your health carers. We cannot diagnose, but we have all walked the walk in our different ways and can speak from our experience.
