Looking at the constellations that would be looking towards the East at approx 5:15 am.
Hatchett facing west and just after 4.30 but very muggy after a sleepless night this is where we ended up 💜

So little light pollution where you live. The only sky I have seen in recent years, as full of stars as this, was in the Southern Hemisphere.
It's in the forest so very little light pollution around no street lamps in this area 😊
Beautiful, thank 😘 Gorgeous clear sky, did you see any shooting stars? Apparently there was debris from a nearby comet which would be falling to earth. It might have been the night before but we had too much cloud here.
Thankyou Tigger yes have seen a few the skies have been beautifully clear but hoping for storms later this heats driving me mad every dog I walked today has been walked beside the pond for toe and paw dipping 💜💜
Oh! Wow, another of your fab photo's BB. I too, like Carole just love the sky at night, we have too much light pollution here in Manchester to see the sky in any detail. Perhaps as well, think I would sleep all day and watch the sky all night ha! x
