Please ring either your gp or your practice nurse today and tell them how you feel, the sleeplessness, your symptoms ...metallic taste etc.
Just to talk to someone to get advice .
Also the BLF have a helpline on 03000 030 555 .

I am the same but I am on steroids always keeps my mind racing and keeps me awake. Headspace helps me go off so going to try now.
