I got the exercise book from BLF. It is very good. At first I did in two sessions. Now I can do all of the exercises twice a day.

Highly recommended.

Hello, yes, it gets you quite puffed I must say. Even picking it up off the floor - where it drops to - is quite knackering!

Look up Joe Wicks 'Exercise for Seniors' only 10 minutes all from standing and most of them you can adjust to sitting on a chair. He also does one using chair. It's great if you can just manage 5 minutes several times a day ☺. Good for you!

Anything that gets the heart beating faster is good for exercise. However as an IPAH and COPD + others it is not always that easy to get started in the first place if the wind is not in the lungs anyway? But stretching and tensing the muscles around your body is as good as anything.

Be well
