is this the one that's adverts on tv ect at approx. £165 if so I should think you get a set of lungs with it ive had a shaker/plus for a number of years from powerbreathe.com at £30-plus and what it does it vibrates your lungs to loosen the mucus note sports people use there devices as well I find this product very good hope the info helps
