I'm not sure because I'm mild should I be self isolating. ?
If my family have their way I should not leave the house are they overreacting ? I saw the list of vulnerable persons and it states people much worse than me .
But others say if you get the flu jab
I'm so unsure what to do ?

You have copd. You may not be in the most severe category but you should be socially distancing. This means not being with children who are little virus spreaders
Agreed. Children are superspreaders - they dont generally get very ill so likely to be the nursery with the virus without anyone knowing. And that is a risk to you, Elder 1.
It's a really hard thing isnt it Bev? I know you live on your own which is hard. Mental health is important but you could be as chipper as anything but that still wont protect you from catching the virus. Im having zoom meetings with friends which are lovely - everyone had a drink together last night. But Im hopeless on setting up social media so have relied on my friend to do that for me.
Could your darts team set that up? Personally Im doing a combo of social distancing and self-isolating as feels appropriate. And constant hand washes! I know Im not putting myself or others at risk when I take a walk in the woods! I was temporarily blocked just now, presumably for a recent reply being reported. Which goes to show how tense things are at the moment.
Thinking of you, take good care of yourself and stay safe, jean xx
