Couple of particularly interesting points:

1) think we should have introduced social distancing earlier, as it is a necessary adjunct to hand washing, etc;

2) however, Hong Kong experience does show how people start to tire of restrictions, resulting in an increase of cases following lax social distancing.

Only goes to show how difficult it is to get the balance right.
