My spirometery results, thoughts?

Hi, yesterday I had a spirometery results were peak flow 480, and 76% before bronchodilator, after bronchodilator I was 72%. I have being having upper back pain, shortness of breath recently have stopped smoking around october had lots of phlegm, it was thick!! Again unsure weather this was with quitting smoking.. since has slowed down now, iv had 2 chest x Ray's in which doctors have said they have came back clear. Unsure what this could be the nurse was happy with yesterdays spirometery results. October I had a bad chest infection and December I was told i I had pleurisy and airways seemd to sound narrow.. since then I have had doctors not agree with that, unsure what is next really, anyone have any thoughts ? Blimey, few folk on here wish they your peak flow, including me.

I coughed the Atlantic Ocean up after packing in smoking.

Keep it up with stopping smoking. It sounds as if being smoke free is starting to clear the chest. I took about 6 months before I was clear of all the coughing after giving up.
