‘ Hello,

You may have been hearing about the ‘We Are Undefeatable’ campaign through our other channels. These inspiring videos promote being active whilst living with a long term condition. We know how hard this can be though.

We just wanted to share with you Eamon’s Story, and how with the support of our Active Steps programme, it helped give him his breath back. After being diagnosed with a lung condition, Eamon was constantly breathless and started to give up. Finding the Active Steps programme gave him a new lease of life. Read Eamon’s full story

Best wishes
