But that’s not Issue really ITs how try to make sick diesesd do things the medical conditions mean the can’t AND that’s hard but unforgivable
So they was told IN short sweet letter just how I feel AND trouble I have holding it together.
Why well Under year ago I told smart decision maker ABOUT my lung condition and heart issues AND how reducing my surport AND trying to make me do things I can’t Could causes any number of heart issues including heart attack
Clearly DWP new best as surport was reduced AND yes I had heart attack.
Clearly cardiac surgeons no more than dwp AND that’s why am not letting DWP away with nearly killing me.
Clearly as it happend to me am intitales to share my story SO my next poet of call is going to be parlamerty ombudsman as clearly am not happy impressed with any of it
Dear JAS it is a very sad time when you read things that the DWP think fit to be reason enough to reduce the small, but much appreciated benefits we get.(if we're lucky).
Not really too sure what I could write that would help you in some way as you are like a walking encyclopaedic when its comes to the DWP,lol !!!!!
Press on but remember, its never worth pushing yourself so hard that you make your condition(s) worse in the long run. Also remember to try and count to ten before you speak/write once you are in the appeal stage as they have legal, eagle beagles helping them but who do we have?
Wishing you all the luck that you deserve JAS. You've ALWAYS got a family here on HU.
When I phoned DWP the arrogant attitude did not help maters blaming MPs when you try simple change of circumstance’s ONE said it’s not new claim AND I got new claim form crearly bunch of un accountable ..... liers
Then when I phoned to protest O it’s your MP you need to see as it’s all there rules made up.
Needless to say I do hope summoned for medical assessment BE looking forward to this one
Hardly fills you with any confidence in the entire benefits system. Universal Credit is their way of making and keeping the poorest families worse off. Of course there are exceptions to the rules but generally, its the you's and I's that have to jump through hoops.
I echo Squirrels Holt’s concern over you pushing yourself too hard. Don’t give the DWP the satisfaction of possibly bumping you off. They haven’t got a clue about what people like you go through, including you caring for your dear dad, but that doesn’t stop them.
I do hope you get everything back and more. In my opinion they should be paying you extra.
Hi sassy find it amazing how day can change everything CAN’T belive how ill feel really
Worse part is don’t know if it’s stress or heart or breathing ... totally wasted really
Anyway am at doctors tomorrow the going to have to give me something I can’t be doing with this
As to carer DWP would use that defo against us ITs sad really as my GP already tried that one
Defo agree about surviving so try keep it together

Absolutely disgusting I know as I've had a pip claim last yr didn't get it becouse assessor lied then mandatory reconsideration nope she accepted what the liar said now waiting for tribunal wish me luck I'm bricking it soo scared it's augest 7th god help me if I don't get it I'm struggling now I've found outyour carer who lives with me has got to pay my rent and council tax and the bastards back dated it from jan becouse i didnt get the care element of pip this is my house and im entitled to have my rent and council tax paid there threatened with with a noticerta to quit no wonder I have high bp on top of empyhsemia etc 😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠
What can I say? It's appalling how the present system demonises the sick, the disabled, and those who can't work for very good reasons. Would the assessors be the same if it was their mother, brother, grandad, or daughter?
Thank you Jeff for being ready to proceed it , but the Ombudsman /woman is no better at it than DWP from my experience and you will have to go through everything in triplicate with possibly no answer at the end, but I wish you every bit of good luck because you will need it and nothing will change unless you challenge. Sadly that is often at the risk of worsening your own illness due to the stress but it will allow you to publically express your disgust with the system that sends sick to work and denies treatment and benefits. Take care my freind.
Try speaking to Age (Concern) or Citizen's Advice might help. They might be able to assist you with your claim or appeal, you really shouldn't have to do this on your own.
