Tingly feet and hands.

My hands and arms have been tingly and uncomfortable at nights for the last week or so. Now for the last two days my feet and lower legs have been really sore and again tingly feeling. Anyone any ideas?

I get something similar, tingling like "pins and needles" in my feet and hands. I don't know what causes it, if it's a side effect of a medication, or poor circulation 🤔

There are so many reasons I could not even speculate. I get pins and needls in hands and the cause is trapped nerve in elbow.

The fact that it is not in your legs makes me think a word with GP would not be a bad idea. I also have numbness and tingling due to a degenerating neck.. most cases are trapped or damanged nerves but if not gone soon, get checked. Do not consult Dr Google on this as amongst the many simple causes lurks MS which is rare.. I take a Gabapentin for my tingling and it helps, to a degree.. Good luck probably simple nerve damage but being in arms and legs - better get it checked.

I have MS but the tingling was during the day with a flare up. If that helps.

The dr could check for you, so many different causes. Even vit B deficiency I believe.

Mine aren’t tingling they just hurt. I’m waiting for an appointment to check my legs. My knees give out on me an hurt terribly.
