Morning, does anyone have really low energy levels on pred ?

Yes Hun, at this very Moment after 5 days of Pred, I feel my energy has been Zapped, I know How my energy levels work. Hope once I finish the course, I can get back to my Exercise Classes with some oomph. xxxx

Hi Scobbie. Im the opposite, loads of energy on pred !! And a massive appetite aswell, which is good as i need to put on weight. Just shows how different we all are xxx love burs xxx

Hello Scobbie .

I am on Pred all the time, and my energy levels can fluctuate, but I remember when I first started on them and I had this surge of energy. It kept me awake at night. It has somewhat evened out now. xx 🌼🌷
