I read a post earlier mentioning Serrapeptase, one of many herbal remedies.Just wondering if anyone has had any success with its ‘anti-inflammatory’ characteristics?

Hello I've been using Serrapeptase on/off for about 3 years now initially to help heal a broken ankle, I also found that it completely removed a few kidney stones that I had and my urologist was flabbergasted, it's brilliant but you have to take it for a while before you start seeing results it's not a quick fix by any means, I'd advise anyone to give it a try 😁

The jury appears to be out on this being a useful supplement, certainly in the dosage recommended by those who dispense it.maybe it is best left in the Silkworm to breakdown cocoons.

Thanks for your info...not very confident on any of these herbal remedies to be honest but there were a few people raving about it.
