You could try putting a couple of bowls of water out, one in your sleeping area would be good. When I stayed in a hot air heated flat for weeks on end my lungs couldn't cope without a humidifier. Hope this works for you too, I have bronch & asthma. P
Patsyemily - only you know if the hot air heating is causing you concern. Do you have any issues with it?
Hi Patsyemily, i have two pot water hangers that go on to the radiators in the winter as I find the warm air dries me out making me cough. I put a little vicks into my bedroom one as I find it helps me breath better. I bought these from amazon. Hope this helps. Irene x
