Hi

What device and browser are you using. May be glitch. In the meantime got your browser settings, and clear cache and history.

Remove all reference to HealthUnlocked.

Reload HU sign in as usual, tick any boxes that say, rember me or save password.

If using iPad or iPhone go to settings, scroll down to accounts and passwords. Make sure HU is included.

Back to settings scroll down and click Safari, click auto fill, check that the names and password is enabled ( turns green).
