Sick again!

I have a question, I am congested and wondering if I should try and fight this with across the counter drugs òŕ ģo to the doctor? It seems Ì get sick everytime I go shopping,

Yes see your GP, Over The Counter meds are not worth bothering with unless your GP says so. You need to nip this in the bud before there is chance that it could migrate down to your chest and become an infection.

Don't hesitate, see a doctor. Over the counter meds are for people who don't get serious complications. Let the doctor decide what you need.

I shall listen to everyone on here and see my GP as soon as I can! Guess I was just hoping for something easier than a IV needle in my arm for 5 days.

Why not a little bit of both; go to the doc and see what's available and if it will work and still go to the pharmacist or over the counter route and experiment with that; you could discuss this plan with your doctor...., in case there may be any negative interactions among the drugs..., sometimes there are..., sometimes there ain't...

I agree with all the others, you should go to your G.P and stay with his/her advice only. Look after yourself please. 😉
