I didn’t know about tomatoes. I don’t digest tomatoes, they are too acidic for me, but I like my apples!!

green tea and dark chocolate with a side of blueberries will suit me fine.

Ok I have green tea..should have blueberries more often..love dark chocolate but not allowed, high in cholesterol..how can you be forbidden to eat chocolate in chocolate country!!!

And cheese in cheese country!! I must move to the sun where it all melts away..☀️☀️☀️

Very interesting. I love Apples and bananas.

Yes so do I. I did an antioxidant test actually, they prick your finger and I scored good.

I had no idea there were tests for your antioxidant level! Another item on my agenda! Very interesting abstract.

Apparently I had a finger prick and I have a good level of antioxidants in my blood. I expect it all helps

Hello Happy! This is very interesting - I recently saw this on TV news. Do you know if antioxidant food supplements would also be effective or helpful? I’d be interested in any input.

in reply to Putsywillow1

Actually my daughter was low on antioxidants and the dietician gave her supplements
