Hi Bernadette

I get nose bleeds as well, congestion or dryness, soreness..who knows. Sterimar nose wash is good. It is sea water, so natural and it relieves congestion. Xx

Hi Bernadette, I occasionally get a nose bleed when bunged up, but I use a steroid nasal spray which helps keep my nasal passages clear, and also had my adenoids removed aged 10 due to my bronchiectasis. These problems I feel are due to our lung issues, and maybe corticosteroids have an effect on this. My sister has COPD and has taken a lot of oral steroids in the past; she had a really bad nose bleed in the summer.

I'm sure someone else will be able to help you. Take care.
