COPD can cause headaches. There are also a number of other reasons for this from medications to blood pressure with lots more reasons in-between. The safest advice is to go and see your GP. Please do not put any new symptoms down to Copd until they have been investigated.

I have COPD now Stage 4. I was getting a migraine every morning at about 3.00am to 8.00am

My Dr made an appointment with my local sleep disorder centre. They set me up with VPAP machine with an oxygen line in it. Since I've slept with that, I've never had a migraine upon waking. I hope this helps
