Whitby fish 'n' chips take some beating!
Sounds delicious Don and great views too. πXxx
Love Whitby. Fish and every time we go always think I'm going to fall through the cracks on the bridge ever since I was little lol
I love Whitby but can't manage the hills anymore.
Me neither, I just make do with looking at 'em. ππ
Making my mouth water just thinking of them. Love the photo.
I can't get over how brilliant the cameras are on phones these days. Who would have thought all those years ago that we would be taking picutures with the telephone for goodness sake! I love looking at old photos but could never remember to take my camera with me anywhere.
Yup. I so agree. I always have my phone so I can take a photo of something I might want to paint. By the time I get home it's on my Big Mac and I can play with it, crop, shrink, whatever and print it off
Love modern technology.

Geez! Macdonald's get into everything!
Fifty million years ago Toci made the same remark. I did a cartoon of me dragging a photo onto a Big Mac. It's there in the archive of my posts if you care to look, you'll have to scroll down for ever. Can't reproduce it here as I haven't figured out how to add photos to replies.
Just seen it, one year ago. Will you be able to show me the originals of these when I visit?ππ
I haven't had Whitby fish for ages (not a chip eater). I do like Whiby but haven't been for a good few years now. Enjoy it, Don. x
We were in Whitby last week but the famous Magpie fish and chip shop was closed due to a fire. Found a great fish and chip shop on the way back to York in Pickering. I love N. Yorkshire.
I use The Royal in a back alley opposite the big Co-op where I park. Recommend by the local folk.
I'll remember that next time Don.
They do 'small' portions which is all I can manage these days.
I am jealous. Have you tried the fish and chips from the Wetherby Whaler? Mind you, it is a long time since I was there....
Lovely picture.
Love Whitby lovely photo.π
So true about the fish &chips plus the veiws, I have family who live there. Last time I visited it was still as attractive as ever and we shared our gorgeous fish and chips on the harbourside with the seagulls. Wish I was there this week with all this nice dry weather, sea breeze works wonders for the moral.
I love Whitby. It's on our list for next years caravan adventures!
Great pic, you're multi-talented Don
Reckon?
