I suffer from bladder weakness when I am being sick or coughing, but then I am of a certain age. Not sure I will avail myself of herbal remedies. I read that they could conflict with my normal meds. X

I'm 67 and I always wear pads when I have days that I cough a lot. There are several brands out there that pertain to incontinence for women.
