Hi suraj - are you posting this in the right place? This is a lung support forum, though I'm sure many of us do have problems sleeping because of our lung problems. I believe there is an Anxiety forum on HU.

There is Hanne. There are actually 2 - Anxiety and Living with Anxiety. x

Hi Caspiana sleeping with me Baggy Trousers and Hob-Nail Boots on is Improper Sleep Hygiene, I think, unless I wipe me feet before getting into bed, 😳😂😂😂

I think baggy trousers are infact the best way to snooze. I must disagree about the boots though. 😄xx

Hi all, sleep hygiene has a recognised definition ....' Habits and practices that are conducive to sleeping well on a regular basis'

NHS choices can help, and there are lots of other helpful websites too.

Just to say one thing I did yesterday evening which contributed to keeping me awake most of the night.....looking through old photos which my daughter found in my late parents attic. Photos of me just after I was diagnosed looking dreadful.

And to add to the stress I read a bundle of letters written by my grandmother in the 60 s .

on that cheery note I will go and recover with a cup of decaf coffee .
