I have a terrible cough all night hear rattling and congestion in chest. I am on antibiotic pill form not getting better. Can you tell me if you can have pneumonia without a fever. Or what your symptoms were. I am sorry to hear what happened to you especially when you never smoked. Hope you are doing better.

When you have a chest infection it can take a while to clear and may need more than one course of antibiotics. Just be patient, rest and drink lots of fluids. Take care xx
