do a 20-30 minute brisk walk every day but am at work 8 -6 so struggle to get much more in although I do wii fit and static bike when able (feeling a bit tired and ropey at the moment)

Exercise i told the wife not to night as to tyerd but the dogs got to go out well take them out and I will watch as you do get the exercise to night
