I'm 4ft 11", so I'm looking for a unit that I can handle, I will be going over sea's end of February.I have a Imogen 3 which I have to trolley around this will be going with me but I need another one to use indoors

Have a look at the Airsep Freestyle, goes up to 3 lpm and is very light and extremely easy to carry.
