Breathe Easy outing

Breathe Easy Bury-St.Edmunds had a wonderful 'Afternoon Tea Trip' on the River Orwell aboard the Orwell Lady boat. The weather was glorious and travelling down the River rather than the road at the side throws a whole new perspective on things. We went from Ipswich Docks to Felixstowe and across to Harwich on a round trip. The commentator was excellent and the afternoon tea to die for. Delicious sandwiches and such a variety of cakes and pastries followed by soft fruit and as many cups of tea or coffee as you wished made the outing really memorable. I don't know how we are going to top it. Take care, Lizzy x

Oh sounds Fab Lizzie - wish I'd have been there!

On Wednesday morning I was at Risby Barns with Jennifer. Got some lovely pots & plants from Dogwood Garden Centre for my new home whilst there.

It was just a flying visit or I would have contacted you.

Have a lovely weekend xx Pen

Hi Pen, lovely to hear from you. Hope if you come over for a longer visit, and you are here on the last Friday in the month, you and Jenny can pop into Mardle Quilters for a catch up. Hope you are keeping well. Love Liz xx

Hi, not bad thank you. At last I can get on with life now I'm over a virus that lasted too long.

I will remember those last Fridays of the month and remind J.

Hope you're all better after your last bout? X

Hi Pen, unfortunately the home iv's only lasted for 4 weeks and I was ill again so I've just finished a course of steroids and Ciprofloxacin and am off for 5 days in a caravan with my husband, daughter, son-in-law and 3 year old twins so fingers crossed. They are very good at Papworth and are keeping an eye on me as well as me doing the drug trial. Take care. Love Liz x
