when i was in hospital they gave me spiriva, i was on seretide. they never told me why never asked couldnt be bothered at time. when asked doc he said the hospital said use them no real explanation.

Hi Mandy, I noticed that if I took a lot of one of my inhalers it had a similar effect, I could manage all day without going. Thought it was just me.

it was the spiriva that did it to me i just had no urge to go which was very odd so i kept a dairy over a few days and then read the side effects and there it was........a consultant at the hospital told me it wasnt the spiriva that had caused it even though it was on the side effects and i was back to normal when i stopped using it
