Good luck. I fortunately don't get hayfever but have a friend who does. We used to go on holiday together and the worst time she had was in Greece. Her eyes would be red raw and streaming when outside until she took a very strong treatment which made her drowsy. A good trade I think. Hope the barrier treatment works for you. x

Forgive my ignorance, but what do you mean by barrier treatment?

just wax and oils to help reduce breathing in pollen, seems to have helped
