Going to bed now
Did you managed to get that nights sleep? Weather no brighter here hope it is where you are.
Bethan.
I have my fixed time to go to bed and to get up in the morning. This seems to work. I have my ritual to go to bed. I switched Classic FM "smooth music" for twenty minutes. As the radio switches itself off, so do I!
of course, I have to get up during the night, I have a drink to moisten my throat which gets so dry. Then I go back to bed with a relaxing CD called A good night Sleep by John Selby. I know it well for having heard it so many times. "Listen to your breathing... you can say to yourself, I have faith in life, I surrender (I add to you God) and I am ready for sleep". One funny word he says, "Your body has nothing to do, you are safe under your duvet! You can breathe easy for the rest of the night" The strange thing is that the music is an organ that sounds a bit like a fog horn!!! But I got used to this and slip into sleep before the disc stops. Zzz!
