No I don't have one of those light's, but I suffer with sad so put plenty of light's on and just looking at it a short while makes me feel better !
My sister has one and it does help her. Have a look online for prices etc. Take care. xxxx
Shopped online would not be without it now not cheap but I do not spend much other than essentials.

Yes I have one and yes I think it does help me quite a lot. They are different to ordinary lights as they are much brighter. I would recommend getting one.
Take care and have a good christmas sue
I thought I would couple that kind of light with a lamp to enable me to draw in "the dark". The light is very bright, It's a fluorescent tube. I wonder why a fluorescent tube of that sort is so expensive.
I agree with stone, LED lights are very bright too, I think you need a transformer for one of these LED lights, don't you?
Try a daylight bulb - they come in bayonet or screw fitting and are reasonably cheap (£2 or £3). I have one in my anglepoise lamp and the light is perfect for drawing.
I have had one for 20 years and wouldn't be without it. I was suspicious at first but my family and I could not believe the change in me.
I have one I bought on Amazon and they are great. My only advice would be is to get one with the highest LUX rating you can afford.
