Do you mean you have been on ESA for 13 weeks now and have heard nothing. If so, the same thing happened to me, I had been on it for about 17 weeks and contacted the DWP, all they said was that you will receive something eventually, they didn`t give a reason. After I had been on ESA for about 20 weeks I finally received ESA50 which I duly filled in and sent back. That was over 6 weeks ago, not heard anything yet. They certainly take their time.

I put in a claim for ESA in June I should of had a medical September and then put in to a group wrag or support no medical as yet and they can't tell me when I will get a medical due to the back log I sent letters to my MP's

You might not need a medical .. I heard atos av refused to do DWP medical's said thay was not qualified .. But depending on your condition and medical evidence you submitted with claim might not need medical.

Atos are just picking on kids and termanily ill now.

I was about 8 months with out any money. Because they claimed I had not paid NI (Proved to them I had) ATOS said I was fit for work, Appeal Doctor and judge overturned this and I was on ESA Support for 12 months with another DWP review! The New rules now mean that DWP can override ATOS however if you want to appeal they have the right to review this again but you will have no money while they do this and it will not be back dated. If they then fail to agree on the second review you will be able to go to appeal. This has been bought in because the appeal tribunal services are overstretched? It is a shame that the reason for this is not investigated as this will have a major effect on people in need, instead of it being a money saving exercise!
