Hi I'm new on here ,had chest X-ray showing scarring awaiting hsp to confirm pulmonary fibrosis .... Any info would be great ..

I would be inclined to say wait for the diagnosis before reading up on things.

However if you want to read about the different lung diseases where scarring occurs, search same on BLF's home pages (click on red balloon top right to access)

Yes I would wait for your diagnosis too. Everyone is different and the diseAse spreads at different speeds. What I will say is I have had fibrosis for many years! M

All of the above best wait until you know exactly what you have. You could end up putting your brain on the wrong path. then you can speak to like minded people on here.
