Where are the e mails again,I get them for a few days then they stop,will this site ever get itself sorted.

Compared to what the site used to be, as far as the emails are concerned, things have slackened off considerably. Probably the site has reverted itself to its basic purpose, to help sick people with problems. Consequently less emails, or have I got the wrong end of the stick?
A couple of weeks ago there was a blf post or email saying that they were going to be experimenting with different formats regarding the emails & requesting feedback on which we liked - unless I dreamt that ?
