Has anyone tried this for their asthma. Have read some great reviews so decided to give it a try starting tomorrow. I’ll let you know how it goes.

Please let us know how you get on. I'm willing to try anything to improve my asthma! I found comfrey oil (aka 'knitbone') to have really helped when I tore ligaments in my wrist, when ibuprofen didn't work. There's a reason these old medicines had these names... GL!

I never try anything new at the weekend or in the evening. If you have an adverse reaction, it’s so much harder to get help out of hours. Thought I’d just mention that.

Out of interest, in what form are you taking Lungwort? I'd be very interested in how you get on.

Good luck!

I do not use herbal or alternative remedies because they are less stringlently controlled. Herbal remedy manufactures are able to make unfounded claims without the science to support their claims because the government does not regulate them as much. Plus the manufacturing process is not as well controlled for medications, the quality and purity are also questionable. My asthma is difficult enough to control without introducing something that is potentially dangerous and that can make me a lot worse.
