Is a peekflow of 320 ok for female 61 height 170 cm, I suspect I may have Asthma

Can you tell us a bit more about the symptoms you have & what’s making you worried? Have you spoken to a doctor about how you feel & if so, what did they advise?

I've had 5 different episodes of getting very short of breath after a little exercise, 3 incidents where walking and playing in the snow, the other 2 where out walking in fairly cold weather. On each occasion it took a long while for me to recover. I do have cardiomyopathy but don't usually give me to many problems. I usually can walk for miles but wasn't able to do more than Half a mile . I am wondering if I have developed asthma
