Today I woke up feeling fine I did 5 hours of physical work and cause home with a very tight chest and a blocked nose it feels like I am suffercating , this happens every time i do physical activity and sometimes without physical activity , I have all the symptoms of asthma , wheezing , tight chest and a itchy chin however I have been tested and it says I have not got asthma , I am a 22 year old male and I need some answers .
