Hay fever is an absolute pain - mine is bad at the moment too.

I assume you're taking an antihistamine, nasal spray etc...? I have found my gp can prescribe things that are more effective than over the counter remedies. It may be worth you making an appointment.

Hope things settle down for you.

Thanks for replying I have settled down a lot through resting and doubling up with asthma and hay fever meds

Feeling a whole lot better

Hi Hidden

Vent away! Sorry to hear hay fever is bothering you so much and you had an attack. There's some tips from the community about keeping pollen at bay on our website: bit.ly/pollen1. It may be useful to talk through your asthma management with one of our asthma nurses on the helpline or your GP. Please feel free to give us a ring on 0300 222 5800 (Mon-Fri 9am-5pm).

Take care,

Dita

Oh yes! I hate it when I can feel the tickle feeling going down into my chest and there's nothing I can do about it, just keep fingers crossed.
